Vinci NGN Communications Platform:  The Vinci communications solution marries tried and true telephony applications, innovative customer and network control features within a highly scalable architecture.  The Vinci Solution’s architecture is built around interconnection with both IP and TDM networks that fully support all of the signaling protocols required for seamless interconnections with world wide carriers.  Scalability is easily achieved by adding gateway hardware that allows the system to grow to over 30,000 resources.

NTS 2000 Provisioning and Billing Platform:  This portion of the NACT solution focuses on giving service providers the ability to provision and bill for the call transactions that are produced by the Vinci communications platform.  The NTS 2000 system provides the features and tools required for wholesale and retail product provisioning, billing and reporting, prepaid calling card management and reporting along with data warehousing.

WebConnect/Carrier Rate Management Platform:  Along with provisioning and reporting, in today’s environment, service providers need to provide web-based management tools and WebConnect is that platform.  Provisioning, reporting and product management tools for agents and customer service personnel are the core of the WebConnect platform which also provides service providers the ability to manage their carrier costs for profit/loss and carrier reconciliation reporting.
