Thomas Honey has over 30 years experience in services oriented industries both domestically and internationally that includes an extensive background in the development, operation, and management of secure electronic transaction services.

In addition to holding senior industry positions with respected organizations including Visa USA, Visa International, the NYCE ATM/debit card network in New York, and serving as President and Executive Director of the Consumer Bankers Association, Mr. Honey is credited with creating, developing, and implementing the Visa debit card, now known as the Visa Check Card, and helping to establish Visa Worldwide.
