Joe Scattareggia has over 17 years experience in the telecom industry, including more than a decade serving the pre-paid business. He started his career in enterprise sales, managing large multinational accounts for AT&T. In the mid 1990’s, Joe worked in the telecommunications wholesale business for DirectNet, a start-up company which serviced the CIS region. Joe also worked for a European network operator to install the first trans-European fiber ring for broadband access. Over the past 7 years, Joe has managed various sales operations for Arbinet, a leading provider of innovative voice and IP solutions for telecom service providers. Most recently, Joe has been responsible for expanding the company’s presence in Asia and the Americas, including Latin America and the Caribbean, where exciting opportunities exist for inbound traffic.
