- Authoring an annual report on the prepaid market with a detailed evaluation of target markets, market sizing and a focus on the prepaid wireless market.
- Conducted a benchmark study of operations costs across several major telecommunications and cable providers.
- Developed and directed a study for a hardware producer to evaluate the priorities and expectations of agents selling PBX and key systems.
- Authored public reports detailing the U.S. Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) industry, including original research on sizing and share in the CLEC market, as well as CLEC versus RBOC local penetration by lines and customers
- Developed and conducted customer feedback study and analysis of responses on behalf of a major international long distance wholesaler
- Researched, analyzed, and authored research on the U.S. wholesale long distance market
Prior to joining ATLANTIC-ACM, Fedor worked at Alloy Media and Marketing in New York developing and selling marketing programs for youth targeted brands. He worked with companies like Gillette and Reebok to evaluate targets and hone marketing strategy
Mr. Smith graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in history and economics.
