Dan is President of Refund Systems, Inc. specializing in cost management solutions for both carriers and enterprises. Refund System's carrier solutions include new turnkey products for today's ever-changing regulatory environment such as the USF Traffic Study, PIU Certification and DAC Audit, as well as custom solutions to reduce carrier cost and mitigate vulnerability.  A summary of Refund Systems carrier solutions can be found at http://www.refundsystems.com/Services-Carriers.htm.  Refund Systems was founded in 2002 and as a master-broker, provides the services of carrier consultants and auditors throughout the US.
 
Prior to entering the telecom space, Dan was a  career radio broadcaster for 32 years and owned and operated broadcast radio stations in New York and Ohio.  Dan notes that in one form or another, he always dealt with FCC regulations and issues, and both careers were significanlty impacted by the telecom act of 1996.
