Randall Walrond has over 28 years of experience in software development and 15 years specializing in telecommunications, ranging from computer telephony integration and premise based IVR, to medium to large scale prepaid calling card systems and real-time billing. Randall leads IVR Technologies, through his vision and commitment to fully utilize computer technology, open standards, and IP communication to empower end users and streamline their telecommunication needs.

As a serial entrepreneur Randall has founded and co-founded several companies that became public or were acquired by public entities. In addition he architected and implemented the prepaid calling card network for one of Canada’s largest incumbent telcos and was a founding member of the company that evolved into the largest private U.S. prepaid calling card company at the time.
