Over the past 20 years Mr. Keough has built and sold several companies and is known for his strength in building world-class companies and management teams. Mr. Keough has raised over $60 Million in venture capital with a recognized ability of converting strategic vision to reality. Mr. Keough is frequently cited in the media for his expertise and has received numerous awards for his work including: Latin Trades Top Bankers of the Year, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Washington's Top Technology leaders, Washington's Top International Leaders, The Intelligence Star (the CIA's highest honor for heroism in the line of duty), as well as other awards. Mr. Keough is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) is married and has four children.

Currently, Mr. Keough serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of RegaloCard guiding the company in its growth and strategic vision and managing the company’s operations in the US and Latin America.
