What is Network IP’s vision for the tppEXPO’08?
NetworkIP is committed to our customers, who are prepaid phone card service providers. We believe these companies and others need an industry event to connect and network with the card distributors and routers. With the accelerating evolution of the prepaid phone card industry toward real & consistent Brands, it will be critical for the companies involved to develop and strengthen their relationships with distribution. We believe this event can be the catalyst to achieving that vision!
NetworkIP has never sponsored an industry show or expo in the past, why now?
You’re right! In the past 10 years we have not sponsored other industry shows or expos. The difference this time is we believe in “The Prepaid Press’s” vision for the tppEXPO’08 - of making this into a networking event for the industry. We’ve decided not to put up a big booth, but instead sponsor an area of the show called “Gladiators of Prepaid LD” where NetworkIP customers and others can connect with the distributors and routers who attend the show. We feel the success of this show will be measured by our customer’s success in connecting and networking with their customers and other prepaid phone card distributors.
What differentiates NetworkIP’s solution from its competitors?
Our highly evolved prepaid services solution is now in its 8th generation (ICS 8.0). We have had the same technology vision and core development team since 1997. While others in the industry limp along with outdated and obsolete systems, we have continued to innovate and re-invent our solution, from our iQTechnology®, our patented call quality measurement tool that monitors and analyzes end-user experience in real time, to our recent announcement of a branding dashboard, that monitors and analyzes consumer behavior and attachment to product and market changes. We are also launching, later this year, our latest generation reporting engine that gives the flexibility to our customer to mine the information in our databases in seconds. Giving them the ability to create and save the custom reports they need to focus and target their products, basically giving them the Holy Grail. “He who has the most information and knows how to use it wins!”
What do you contribute NetworkIP’s long-term success in this industry?
NetworkIP did not set out to be the biggest player in this industry at any cost! We are a technology company with 100’s of years of experience in the Telecom and computing industries. We have maintained business and operational disciplines to build a strong and profitable company. We have focused on re-inventing and evolving technology, developing highly skilled and professional staff, achieving lowest price to highest quality ratio, and most cost effective operations.
What is the biggest success story you have had?
Our biggest success is that our business model has enabled us to weather the industry ups and downs and still remain profitable and grow. We pioneered the industry’s best technologies and consistently continue to deliver new solutions that will help our customers grow their business. As the prepaid industry changes, we are also evolving with those changes to stay relevant and competitive, and to expand our business into new areas. Oh Yeah, did I mention the IBM award for “Innovator of the Year”?
Where do you see NetworkIP in this industry in the future?
NetworkIP continues to grow its business. The 1st Qtr 2008 was our biggest in the history of the company, and we contribute this to attracting companies who are focused on building long-term brands in this industry. Our customers have realized the importance of having a strong foundation (NetworkIP) to build a brand on. Building a Brand is very expensive and risky, spending all that money on marketing and creating a brand can all be lost, if the underlying platform is not reliable or adaptable to market dynamics.
Are you going to wear a toga at the party?
Oh yeah! I’m going for comfortable, just a simple toga, tunic, subligaculum and sandals. I might get a couple sets and wear them all week!
